With the Governor’s extension of the stay-at-home order today, you may be wondering when you will be able to put your home or property on the market. We can still list your home, it will just look a little different than the normal process. Our course of action could be adjusted to your needs and may look like the steps below: – First, we have a phone call or zoom (virtual) meeting to discuss your listing and your unique needs as a seller. – If you decide to list at this time, you can send the best photos you have to feature your listing. As soon as it is allowed, I would visit the property to take high quality dslr images and update the listing. – To gather interest, we can provide notes on the listing if you are willing to collaborate to do virtual showings, until we are allowed to resume traditional in-person showings. I would take the lead to set up the virtual showing and always be with you on the call. I would just need your help to guide the tour through your property. – If you would like to wait until traditional activity is resumed to list your property, we can have a conversation in the meantime and be ready to go when it is allowed.
